Shelby Ranch

Inspired by its location, the intended design for this 302-unit project is farm style living on the outskirts of Downtown Austin. With elements derived from Texas Vernacular architecture, the use of local materials, a large football sized open courtyard filled with several different amenities including a stand-alone barn style clubhouse, pool, and even the inclusion of some on-site farm animals, the development’s goal was always to embrace the rural living style in the totality of the design.
