Lydian

Lydian is adjacent to the Phoenix Center of the Arts and Highway I-10, with easy access to the downtown area. The project capitalizes on directed views, whether towards the Camelback Mountains or Downtown Phoenix. Playful masses march along the perimeter of the building and are consolidated by a transparent corner that is abundant in ceramic tile. The development is a 5-story building with 209 apartment homes, parking garage and surface parking, courtyard with a pool, and a top floor indoor & outdoor amenity space.
